TPP is used as meat analogues or meat extender to produce vegan sausages, burgers, or ground meat for vegan bolognese or chili sin carne. Pea Crisps are used in sweet and salty snack applications like cereals, protein bars and puffs. Furthermore, we have the know-how for dry and wet extrudates also for other raw materials such as oats or hemp protein texturates.
