Tapioca Fiber

Fibervita Tapioca Fiber is a gluten-free, low-glycemic-index, plant-based carbohydrate compound and offers multifunctional and health benefits in the food, human, and animal nutrition industries. The tapioca fiber is obtained from the cassava root fruit using a patented process and is used, among other things, as a clean label stabilizer and to replace modified starch. Fibervita tapioca fiber offers water-binding, emulsifying and thickening properties. In addition, it reduces the aW value, improves the texture and extends shelf life, freshness and crispness in various applications. Our tapioca fiber is vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, allergen-free and serves to reduce fat.
