• 400 ml water
• 100 g tapioca drink powder
• 50 g Tapioca Starch
• 4 tbsp Tapioca Syrup
Happy Monday everyone, a delicious vanilla pudding is a perfect dessert for any dinner or a little snack in between.
Cut the vanilla beans lengthwise and scrape out the vanilla seeds.
Combine all ingredients for the pudding in a medium bowl. Whisk until tapioca starch dissolves.
Pour into a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Once pudding begins to boil, reduce heat to low and stir continuously for another 2 min, until the pudding is thick and creamy.
Remove pudding from heat and pour into bowls or jars. Then place in the refrigerator until set.
Garnish with fruit if desired.
