Mulled wine!! The favorite hot drink of the Germans in winter and at the Christmas market. Refined with our tapioka syrup.

750 ml red wine
½ stick of cinnamon
4 cloves
2 star anise
2 cardamom pods
100 g tapioca syrup
½ untreated orange

Pour the red wine into a pot. Add the spices and tapioca syrup. Wash the orange while hot, cut into thin slices and add as well.

Heat the mulled wine, but do not boil. Let the mulled wine steep with the spices for about 10 minutes.
Remove the spices and orange slices. Season the mulled wine with the tapioca syrup and serve hot.
