Vegan Pancakes with fruits and our oat syrup

These vegan Pancakes with fruits and our oat syrup are the tastiest way to start weekend mornings.They’re perfectly flavorful with a pinch of cinnamon and amazingly fluffy.

You need:
• 125 g flour
• 2 tbsp organic sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• pinch of cinnamon
• 240 ml non-dairy milk (recommend almond milk)
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• oat syrup, to serve
• fruits of your choice

Mix almond milk and vinegar well and let stand for 5-10 minutes. (Until a thicker liquid is formed).

In the meantime use a medium bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, and stir to combine.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.

Put some oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan. When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden.
