After the harvest, the rice is brought to the in-house mill, where it is peeled, cleaned and ground. The most modern mill technology from Europe is used here. In addition, the state-of-the-art mill went into operation in 2022.
Shafi offers the Basmati and Iri rice varieties from its own and organic cultivation. However, for the production of rice products such as rice syrup, rice protein and rice drink powder, is used the broken rice.
